PSS: A common question I get about the retreat:
I love the idea of not being in a noisy, dark hotel but…what if I need some private space in the house – will it be too energetically exhausting?
Great question! As a mostly introvert and highly sensitive woman, I think about that too. Everyone will have their own private bedroom so you can escape and decompress, there are also plenty of decks, beach space, and seating areas to take break and journal or nap. We have a full agenda with lots of spaciousness to rejuvenate!
