Does that describe how you’ve been feeling in 2020? Day-to-day having that feeling like you’re dancing on a moving surf board? Trying to learn new moves while the board is slipping underneath you and over the buoyant waves – they just keep a ‘coming!
That’s what 2020 has felt like for me and most of the people I talk with.
We’ve all heard that change is the one constant. But that doesn’t do justice to describing the feelings and challenge of living with the constant waves of change and uncertainty as we have been doing all year.
While we may see some signs of hope on the horizon, the fast pace of change isn’t going to stop. Everything I read and listen to says that the certainty is – change + fast.
So how do we adjust? How do we get uber grounded and ramp up our resiliency so we can lead, grow our business and create those positive ripples we know are in our heart to create?
And still acknowledge that the toll it takes to keep navigating these turbulent waters?
Starting next week I’m going to be sharing a short video series to talk about this and what do we as solopreneurs do to thrive in this newly evolving environment.
Meanwhile, I’d love to hear from you if you have a few moments…
How’s your dancing on a moving surf board going in your life and business?

What are you worried about?
What’s not working?
